Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust in our services and products. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations across our offerings, including workshops, physical products, and digital downloads. Please review the relevant sections before making a purchase.

1. Workshop Refund Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Refund Requests

  • Refunds for workshops are permitted only if requested more than 14 calendar days before the event date.

  • All refunds are subject to deduction of non-refundable transaction or payment processing fees.

  • Requests must be made in writing to our email address with your full name, email, and workshop details.

1.2 Training Workshops

  • For training workshops (e.g., multi-session, certification-based, or professionally accredited events), refund requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Requests received within 30 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Organiser-Initiated Changes

  • If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund, including transaction fees.

  • If a workshop is rescheduled, you may choose to:

    • Transfer your registration to the new date, or

    • Request a full refund.

1.4 Emergencies

  • Refunds for serious medical or personal emergencies will be considered case-by-case. Supporting documents may be required.

1.5 Transfers

  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

1.6 Non-Attendance

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or missed workshops without prior written notice.

2. Physical Products Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

  • Return Eligibility:

    • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Refund Terms:

    • Refunds will be issued less shipping costs and any transaction fees.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Digital Downloads Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products (e.g., e-books, PDF guides, audio/video files) are non-refundable.

  • Once the digital product is downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.
