Death over Dim Sum
We see and hear you.
Bite-sized conversations shared in intimate, casual settings
"Death Over Dim Sum" invites you to an unconventional gathering where we transform taboo subjects into bite-sized conversations infused with educational table talk. Picture yourself enjoying a spread of dim sum and tea, all while engaging in facilitated discussions about end-of-life topics.
Our aim is simple: to normalize conversations around death, dying and bereavement. Guided by facilitators, these discussions are open-ended and welcoming to all perspectives. Occasionally, we may even have special guests—experts in healthcare, legal, or even funeral directors—who add depth and expertise to the conversations.
Proceeds go towards providing end-of-life literacy programs for caregivers
“Death is a social event with a medical component,
not a medical event with a social component.”
