“Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing. We think that the point is to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”
- Pema Chödrön
Join us for a deeply introspective workshop inspired by the wisdom of Pema Chödrön. This session blends gentle movement, meditation, and heartfelt reflection to explore the beauty and challenges of life’s inevitable transitions — including experiences of grief and loss in all their forms.
Together, we will make space for both death-related losses and the quieter, often unseen losses that accompany change: the end of relationships, shifts in identity, health, roles, or seasons of life. In acknowledging these experiences, we honour the ways we are continually coming together and falling apart.
Honour your journey of growth, loss, and renewal, and embrace the full spectrum of emotions that arise along the way. Allow space for your heart to open, your grief to be witnessed, and your spirit to find moments of stillness amidst change.
