Honouring Our Pets: A Gathering for the Love We Carry

  • Druggist 119 Tyrwhitt Road Singapore, 207547 Singapore (map)

This is a gathering for anyone who has loved a pet deeply, in all the quiet, ordinary, and unforgettable ways.

  • Who has laughed at something their pet did or felt calmer just by being near them

  • Who felt the deep joy and honour of being chosen by an animal

  • Who learnt unconditional love from them, the kind that accepts you exactly as you are

We’re coming together to honour that kind of love. The big loves and the small moments. The muddy paws, the purrs, the stolen food and the way they somehow always knew what you needed.

Because loving them isn’t just about the joy they bring - it’s also about the care, the responsibility, and the decisions we make for them along the way.

Whether your pet is still with you, or lives on in your memories, this space is for you. Come find others who understand, the kind of people who light up when they talk about their pets. Scroll through the endless photos on your phone, share the stories, the favourite walks, the habits that drove you mad and that you would give anything to do it again.

If you feel like sharing more, we would love to hear it:

  • What is the memory of your pet that makes you smile?

  • In what ways did your pet change you, your home, or the way you move through the world?

  • What would you want others to know about your pet?

If you'd rather just listen and be part of it all, that's welcome too. There's no right way to be here.

This is a space to celebrate the love, the whole ridiculous, wonderful, irreplaceable place they hold in our hearts and what it means to care for them well in our own way.

The entry for this “Slice of Life (and death)” event includes pizza and all workshop materials.

Our partner for the event:
Druggist , nestled in a charming 92-year-old shophouse in Jalan Besar is your go-to brunch spot for a catch up with an old friend or two. Have slices of pizza and if you're feeling a bit wicked, there’s a bar full of natural wines and craft beers. So, take a break from the hustle and bustle, slow down and enjoy some good company at Druggist.
